Come join us at our first SGFPS Ghost-Con! TICKET OPTIONS Day Pass: Purchase of this ticket gives you access to all day time activities listed below! (Must also purchase investigation ticket if you wish you participate in night time investigation) Vendor Table: Purchase this ticket if you would like to have a table during the Para-Con! Any type of business is welcome! (Paranormal Groups, Mediums, Authors, ETC) (4) Day pass tickets included to be used by group members ONLY, with purchase of vendor table! Additional members can be added during checkout for extra $5 each (Up to 6 additional members) Night time investigation sold separately Investigation: Purchase of this ticket gives you access to the night time investigation of Rolling Hills! (Must also purchase Day Pass if you wish you participate in day time activities) **SGFPS reserves the right to ask anyone to leave who is being disruptive during the investigation, no refunds will be issued** Doors open @ 9 A.M. Day time activities include: Hangout with Paranormal groups, mediums and vendors from all over the east coast Meet and greets Examine evidence Paranormal presentations Investigator Q & A panel Hear stories of real paranormal encounters Pet adoptions Raffles Equipment and merchandise for sale *Teaser tours of the building offered by RHA for an extra charge on site* **Detailed Schedule TBA** Day time activities conclude @ 5 P.M. Dinner Break on your own 5 P.M.- 6:45 P.M. Arrive back at RHA NO LATER than 6:45 P.M. for investigation check in! Investigation begins @ 7 P.M. Night Investigation: Investigate the extremely active halls & rooms of RHA Learn from experienced investigators Be broadcast LIVE online for friends & family to watch Get an extra hour of investigating! Investigation concludes @ 4 A.M.

    September 17, 2025 - 5 Hr Mid Week Quarantined Hunt - 7p-Mid -$599+tax Upgrade to an 8 Hour for an additional fee (see below) A PRIVATE hunt for you and your own group of friends - minimum 2 people and a maximum of 10ppl - same price for a party of 2 as for a party of ten - you are paying for the privilege of being the exclusive group in the building. Additional people over the maximum number of 10 may be added at a pro-rated fee of $59.00+tax per person. MAKE IT AN 8 HR HUNT for an additional $300 - each additional person on a 8 hr option (over the 10 people) is $89 per person. BUY this hunt first! Then contact RHA for details on how to do upgrade to 8 hr and/or add additional people and for the maximum number that may be added. **NOTE A Sunday. Monday or Tuesday may be available upon request** RHA does not loan or rent equipment however we do offer equipment for purchase - see website for examples or contact RHA directly if you are looking for something specific as inventory is constantly changing. We also sell clothing, logo items, metaphysical items, prepackaged snacks, water, soft drinks, etc. Portajohns only. No outside food or beverages allowed.The building is at least 10-15 degrees colder than outside temperatures. Dress warmly, in layers, don't forget your feet! Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time. NO LATE ENTRY. Ticket is good only for specific date and time printed on the ticket. No switching of dates or times. We will not admit anyone suspected to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol and strictly enforce this zero tolerance policy. If you would like to change the start time of this Quarantined Hunt - RHA may be able to accommodate you - please contact RHA directly BEFORE purchasing this date option. RHA does not loan or rent equipment however we do offer equipment for purchase - see website for examples or contact RHA directly if you are looking for something specific as inventory is constantly changing.
