July 8, 2017-Summer Bash Vendor Space (Psychic/Tarot) -$100+tax This is VENDOR SPACE ONLY - This is for Psychic/Mediums,Tarot or Palm, etc. Readers Setup is 8:30am - event is 10am to 6pm, Each Vendor receives one complimentary Daytime Tour of RHA on day of event. Vendor Space is approx 12x12 - outside. You must bring your own Pop up tent. tables, and chairs. We do NOT offer electricity. Vendor is responsible for proper Licenses, Taxes, etc., when applicable by Genesee County and/or the State of NY. You are allowed to bring a small cooler and commercially sealed beverage containers only - ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY - NO ALCOHOL OR DRUGS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY - Coolers subject to inspection. No weapons of any kind. Smoking in designated smoking area only - NOT at your tent. Ages 14-17 with a school ID when accompanied by a parent Ages 18+ with valid ID only - General Admission Arrive at 9am for set up - Summer Bash is 10am to 6pm - No Early or Late Entry. Vendors must not break down early. This is a Rain or Shine event. NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS. We will not admit anyone suspected to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol and strictly enforce this zero (that means even a single alcoholic beverage) tolerance policy.
